Hi neighbors I am in need or you help once again. We used to take our cars to Lee's Automotive right on main street on Woodstock. I have taken my cars to this repair shop for the past 5 years. my 18 son's car failed emissions testing and we dropped it off we knew what was wrong with the car yet the garage manager Paul took it upon himself to "look at it tell us that the repairs would be 1025.00 and charged my son for looking at it $88.00. We have never had a charge for anyone looking at our cars at this repair shop.
This was the second issue I replaced an ac unit on my saturn and the unit failed less than 6 months after it was installed. The manager refused to honor the warranty and wanted me to replaced other parts that would total 2000.00, and only then would he honor the warranty to the AC if ti still didnot work. i don't know where Chris and Angie went but ripping off customers, particularly young kids is not ok in my book!! i will not be taking my cars to this repair shop again.
So please let let me know if you guys can recommend an honorable repair shop. That will not rip off my son.
