While driving through Malone heading home to Massena, my SUV’s engine shutdown and then wouldn’t restart. I called a couple of local friends who all recommended Lauzon’s. Glad I listened. Nearly midnight, I got a ride home dropping my keys off with a note in their overnight drop box along the way. The next morning I called and Lauzon’s seamlessly used my AAA coverage to tow my vehicle to their shop right off, then troubleshot and within a couple of hours, found and repaired the burned through battery cable to the starter. Hats off to Tammy, Brandon and staff who handled everything with me including credit card payment completely over the phone. I’d Highly recommend Lauzon’s to anyone.
