Took my car in yesterday because the brakes were vibrating whenever I stopped. Miguel took the time to explain that there had been some manufacturing issues around the time I last had them replaced—and checked to see if they were still under warranty. Turns out they were! I only had to cover the labor, and since getting them replaced, my car drives like it’s brand new. Super grateful for his transparency and thoroughness. Definitely a shop you can trust.
