I purchased 4 jetskis from this location. 2 of them in 2019 and I had to fight to get the registrations fixed almost a year later before I could purchase the extended warranty. I bought 2 more in May 2020 before I knew of the registration issue on my first 2. The second two had a rebate of $350 and a free additional two years of warranty or a $500 rebate, I took the former. I have been trying to get the warranty since the day I purchased them and it’s a year later, now it may be too late. No call back, no returned emails, and when someone did answer I was “guaranteed” that someone was going to call me back. A full year and they didn’t give me my extended warranty that was purchased. Tried getting in touch with Seadoo, but they say it has to go through the dealership. The dealership was friendly with the purchase, but horrible after. The owners should be ashamed that their employees are scamming customers out of the warranty so they take the lower rebate.
