I inform shop of the current issue I was experiencing with my vehicle where the a/c would die in and out, thinking it was just the switch and ask inquired about my brakes as it was a recommend service from dealership. Able to determine that it was an issue with blower motor and offered two different quotes in regards to repair (different replacement parts; new vs after market) while inspecting the brakes. Waived inspection fee for brake service, while giving information on when I can expect to replace. Didn't try to up-sale me, and offered same day service while keeping me up-to-date with calls (no app or text, great communication).
