Seeing that the dealership wasn't very busy I went to resolve a couple system recalls on my sonata. They were rude saying I should be at home and wanted to schedule an appointment for me in 3 weeks saying my car service wasn't an emergency. Directly after I went to Chapman Hyundai and experienced excellent customer service. They informed me that the system recall for my airbag was indeed an emergency and I should not be driving it. They lent me a loaner vehicle to use over the weekend til they received the parts and finished my car service on Monday.
