Remarkable experience at Larry Miller Genesis in Peoria. I had multiple interactions with different folks each with specific roles. This demonstrated to me that this dealership has achieved a Differentiation Factor that I never found at other dealerships. To me the Factor is the responsibility and consistent approach each member took to make my first experience with Genesis, and with Larry Miller, a delightful one.

If you want a GV70 like I did, shop dealers if you need to (like I also did) but I believe the other dealers are going to play catch-up for years. FYI, ask for Marisa. She is an incredible educator who did her best to enable me to make an informed decision
