Excellent Service but overpriced
Labor estimate was 2-1/2 hrs. Job was completed by 2 men in 10 minutes. But I was still charged 2-1/2 hours.

From beginning to the end, the repair was done correctly and on time .
The estimate was done and submitted to the insurance company with no issues. The repair was started and completed correctly on time.
It all worked out!

Courteous, helpful & super repair job.
Very happy with the staff and repairs.
They were very backed up with car repairs, but kept us informed on the time work would be done and work was completed 3 days ahead of time.

Unhappy customer
I have had repairs done here in the past, and I was totally satisfied so when my insurance company recommended this company, I decided I would go with them. But this time I had just the opposite experience. The car looks fine for now except for because they disconnected my battery, now one of my windows is not working.

Horrible communication. Never use Larry miller
Absolutely horrible communication or to be exact NO communication. I left 9 voice mails with ZERO returned calls. Will never use Larry miller again and will tell everyone I can to not use them

Very sorry for the lack of communication. This will definately be a training opportunity for us. We also relplaced the windshield by having our vendor get in touch with the client and meet them wherever was convenient for them.

Great Job
The repairs were done within the expected timeline. Tony was great and explained the entire process and expectations. He followed up when needed. The entire process was super smooth from drop off, insurance communications to final pick up.

I'm sorry you feel the repair took too long to get through the shop. The drop off appointment is to get as spot in our current production line. That line can go move faster or slower depending on what type of work is in the shop. If that wasn't explained propertly to you, again I apologize. As far as communication goes, I will work with that estimator to improve this. Thank you for the constructive criticizm, without out it we don't know where we have the ability to grow and improve.

Great job on repairs!
We took our car in for service and they found a problem with the front bumper. We went ahead with their recommendation to replace it, plus we had a tow hitch installed and a few other minor adjustments to the car. Everything went well and the quality of work was very high. We are very happy.

Outback was keyed on driver side of vehicle.
Tony did an awesome job completing the estimate and letting me know when repairs would start. I was sent a text with updates on the repairs daily. I was told the vehicle was ready and no pressure inspecting it to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend LHM Collision Center to family and friends.
