Finally and answer!
We had taken our hybrid car into two other mechanics and even the dealership service center and non of them were able to diagnose the problem. They all had “suggestions” but couldnt replicate the problem or tell us what was wrong with it. Lancer was able to tell us what was wrong with it and why it was happening as well as answer all our questions. We didn’t have any service done other than the diagnostics so I can’t speak to that but friendly service, timeliness, and communication was excellent.
