Shocks for the pickup
We decided to replace the shocks on our truck. The repair shop was able to obtain the shocks need by the time we arrived and the shocks were changed in a timely manner. Great staff.

Gary was rude and in accurate.
I paid $212 for an $80 alignment job. That's over $100 extra charged for having 1 bolt turned around properly & 2small brackets with it that I provided & belonged with the truck suspension. Rediculous. I scheduled an appointment w Katrina for the following day to have my Tahoe re inspected due to major pulling in the front end after it was aligned. I received attitude and was talked to as if I don't have correct knowledge of my own vehicle. The alignment mechanic sighed and grunted the entire time upon reinspection, and was told the cause is because of bald tires an play in my steering box. Neither of which is true. There is NO PLAY in my steering at all, & bald tires is due to the pulling, not the cause. I had it inspected elsewhere and the solution was very simple which no employee of yours caught surprisingly. It was due to massive low air pressure in the front passenger tire. Supposed to be at 55 psi, but only gauged at 30 psi. How no one caught that is beyond me. I've been a regular customer for many years now. But the way Gary talked to me and the absolute bologna provided to me as their reasoning for their results is more than enough to cause me to never return w another vehicle again. That was not customer service in any form. I am highly disappointed, cause like I said, I USED to be a long term customer. I am now no longer a customer of any kind. Thank u and good day.
