I have an older car so of course a lot happens to it. I am always able to bring it In and gets done fast! I am in college but they make sure the price is under what I can afford while still getting the job done. I get my oil changed here, brakes fixed, windshield wiper motor replaced, etc. Super reliable and friendly.

Scam Artist

We were looking for a place to rent a uhaul van and found that lamptons had one we can use. We were greeted by Paul and told us what the price was to use it. The price was confirmed and we ready to pay I offered cash but Paul said cash would be inconvenient for him so we used card. Instead of charging us once he charged us twice which was not the correct amount and when we tried calling he was avoiding us and we had to talk to uhaul to sort this out. He finally picked up the phone and said that it wasn’t his fault for double charging us and did not take any accountability for his actions. These people are liars and con artist so if you want your wallet drained I would highly recommend lampton autos to do the job for you! That’s all their good for!

Got me rolling again

Paul did the routine oil change and cabin/air filters. Asked him to check tires and he found they were worn out. With winter coming it was good to get them replaced. He was able to get good replacements at a good price and get it all done that day.

Front end was shaking and new brakes that were just installed were squeaking. Replaced the hardware on the brakes at not cost and found the broken tie rod, fixed it and aligned the front end. Quick service and done right, as always.

Work was required to be redone at dealership

Lambton's had my vehicle for two days to replace water pump and timing belt. After leaving Lambton's experienced several dashboard icons lite up.
Called back to discuss with owner since it occurred right after leaving their garage. Had to take the car to closest dealership. Dealership explained water pump and belt was not properly installed, so they reinstalled pump and belt. ?
Feeling bad since I can usually count on them.

I did talk to customer about engine light. Trina told me she would bring vehicle back that Saturday. Customer never returned. The vehicle was peforming good & timing belt & water pump noise was gone. The timing belt may have been a tooth off. Very easy correction if customer brought vehicle back.
