Car inspection of my 2017 Audi Q3 in February 2024.
I came in Feb to get my 2017 Audi Q3 inspected. It typically costs about $38.
I was told that I needed replacement windshield wipers which I agreed to.
When I came to pick up the car the cost was about $200. I was charged not only for the cost of the wipers but also a labor charge presumably to have them installed.
I have owned cars for 50 years and don’t recall ever being charged for the wipers and then charged for the labor. It takes 5 minutes to install wipers.
I have used this garage periodically for over ten years so it was extremely disappointing for this to happen. Not likely to return.
