Flexible and accommodating
I suddenly had to make a Long trip south and the oil needed changing. I called the morning we were needing to leave and they got me right in and on the road in under an hour.
Who does that anymore??

Fast and very thorough.
Chris and Alex both are very good about answering phone calls or returning calls very quickly. Even when play phone tag back and forth they are able to make it work. They always get scheduled, assessed and fixed very quickly.

Electrical repairs
Everything I requested was repaired, including a back up camera which I thought was toast. Looks like the camera may need too be 'configured' as the picture is there but no guide lines. Next trip. Great job guys. Will recommend to others.

Crank no start
Lakeshore is the friendliest car repair around. They found the problem very quick and had the car repaired right away. I would recommend them to anyone.

alignment professionals!!!!!
my car had an alignment done at another shop prior to coming to lakeshore auto repair and lets just say the 1st shop shouldn't be doing alignments. my car was found very unsafe to drive and destroyed my tires. Alex at lakeshore auto repair took this challenge head on and went above and beyond to fix my car correctly. my car now drives like a dream! thank you Alex

Excellent Service for all services from oil changes to new tires!
It seems that they can always work me in for my last minute car needs AND in the past have even delivered a battery to my house and installed it in my car that would not start!
