Oil change

Well this place is a joke find another place to get service, first of all I will not buy another car from here at all and I will let everyone know. But I had planned on getting an oil change. Except they tried to say I already used all my free ones up which is a total lie. Very unprofessional when I called yesterday to make the appointment they did not notify me nor did they notify me the last oil change, they wanted to wait until today to tell me that I had to pay. And that guy that was taking care of me said the other girl which was the manager would have to get it approved by the sales side. He also said they do whatever they have to do to make a sale. So after the other sales guy came out and argued with me and got smart and was very rude with me. Basically said there was nothing that he could do. Very rude people and all are unprofessional. Then the manager wanted to say she told me last time it was my last oil change which was a lie because she didn't wait on me. I have all the paper work on who waited on me so ray or Sam you are a lier. Not to mention the fact that one time I waited 5 hours to get my oil changed and my boyfriend was with me and I also have the paperwork to prove it. So don't waste your time with this place. Instead of making there customers happy they want to lie and argue with them. And there own employees say they do whatever they need to do to make a sale. The sales and the parts department both suck. I have all my paperwork on who waited on me and they want to lie. Don't worry I won't be back. Yall really need to do better. Don't get service here at all cost.
