Great Individual Attention

I'm an engineer who used work on all my own cars. I need Personal service that explains to me why and what work is being done on my car. They provide this info. In addition, their inspection showed up an item that I requested replacement for that was perfectly fine, reducing the cost of the repairs (Most other service shops would have gone ahead and done the unnecessary work). Only reason I didn't give them a 5 was because I had to wait for parts order, but this was because there were two parts for the same vehicle due to a production split.
