First, I'm a customer that shows up only once a year or so, but Dave always knows my name when I walk in the door. Second, this shop DOES NOT try to up-sell extra service that doesn't really need to be done, like a lot of auto service shops. I brought in my Subaru Outback for brake job that Jiffy-Lube tried to sell my wife, and found out that the brakes were fine and even had a couple of years left on them. Last, La Canada Firestone can do the tough jobs, like correctly diagnose and fix a wiring problem on a vehicle that had spent several winters on the salt-encrusted roads of the upper midwest. Awesome!
