Stop and choose a different shop
They dint know what they were doing! My window was going up and down by itself and was draining my battery and change my fog light. I took in and they said it needed to be reset so I pay over $700. Few days later I heard a dragging noice and I notice they had zip tie part of the cover underneath the car and it happen again with the window going up and down.They kept the car and said it was tipm and they don’t make it nemore so basically they couldn’t help me. So took it to Marlow automotive and the found the problem the same day and fix it. It wasn’t the tipm that they were saying. Then they told me that they forgot to put the bottom part in my car and it was going to be $300 . Finally called and talk to the owner he replace the bottom part. Still lost $700 cause they dint fix it. So if u want to throw your money away go there. If not i highly recommend Marlow automative. They take pictures when checking your whole car and tell u what priority and what can wait for later. LD automotive and Jonas ( the guy at the desk ) brother y’all suck!!

Awesome !
We can't say enough good things about LD Automotive !!! From the front desk (Dana and Jonas) to the honesty and integrity. We had what was probably one of the hardest situations, but they were able to find the problem, and kept looking until they found everything !! The last place just put a "bandaid" on the problems, so that was double the expense. But we are soooooo grateful to LD Automotive and now have peace of mind that "it's fixed" !!!! Great customer service !!!

Solved electrical issue
My 2017 Honda CRV has been plagued with battery issues for years. The techs said I needed a different type of battery and that the standard type was not strong enough.

$500 lost for canceled ordering parts
I made a mistake order parts for my BMW 325i and needed to cancel this order. I was NOT informed the order was NOT REFUNDABLE until I call LD Automotive TO CANCEL IT. Sadly I have to pay $400 penalty for my mistake. I just want Everyone to be aware of this policy BEFORE you order parts with LD Automotive. I am a veteran and a retiree.

I apperuicate you time and your review, i wish BMW did not charge me a restiocking fee but they do. I lost completely on it ,my time and the job, BMW was the only one who made money.

They make it look so easy!
They found the problem order parts and fix it. Easy , but not everyone makes it simple and easy. They did a great job had my car the next day.

Inspection

Excellent as always
I have used this shop for years and they never disappoint. They only do the services that I need and don't upsell like a lot of auto repair shops. I have always found them to be honest and reasonable with their prices. They are also very accommodating about working with my schedule. I will use them as long as I live in this area!
