Excellent Service!
Transmission failure is never a pleasant experience, but Rick and his crew at L&S make it bearable. The Transmission in my E-150 van started making a loud clunking noise in reverse and a whining noise in forward. Fortunately, I was able to drive it to L&S Alignment. Unfortunately, it needed a new Transmission. I opted for a remanufactured one from Russ Moore Transmission along with a new Transmission cooler and radiator as they all were full of metal filings and debris.
The service and attitude at L&S is sincere and accommodating. New Haven is lucky to have this longtime facility in their midst.
