Solid service
This was my first time using Kyle, which I chose based on reviews and a stop to discuss upgrades for my truck. During that initial visit, I appreciated that he took time to answer my questions and check with his lead mechanic when he wasn’t sure. He was also forthcoming to say that he didn’t know about a few Nissan Frontier specific questions.
Kyle called with a diagnosis BEFORE he started and gave me options; I liked the fact that he didn’t exaggerate or simply charge forward without approval. When there was a part delay, he called and let me know.
I feel confident that he did the work that we discussed, and my truck runs great.

I dropped my Ford F250 off for an inspection. I was given a call that same day with the items that needed worked on.
I had to leave it there for only one day due to a part being delivered to the shop.

Overall, Kyle Carr is quick and easy to work with and I recommend them to anyone!
