Carole said the service was good, but the technician left some lights on which was causing the vehicle to ding, so she had to take it back so he could shut the lights off.
Doris said that this business always does a great job explaining things to her so she understands. They are very patient and take the time to listen to her needs and concerns. She said she really appreciates everything they do.
Mary said her boyfriend primarily worked with the business, but he has been happy with them and he has been working with the business for years. The location was very convenient and close to home. They were able to keep in contact with her regarding the progress of the repair. They also requested approval for any work they completed. She was very pleased with the service.
Spoke with Kathleen. She said her vehicle was supposed to be ready on Friday, but it was not ready until the following week because they had to send their mechanic home due to illness.
