Excellent Customer Service!!! 5 star,
I live in Ohio and my grandson’s car in MO needed immed repairs. It was challenging enough to find a place without having personal experience with them. I chose “ Kruses” due to the great reviews I read. Adam was very personable and truly a great representative through the entire process. He worked everything out, communicating between the mechanic and myself “Kruses” runs a smooth operation! It’s a honest auto center ,sent me pictures of parts on the car, needed and the charges! I especially appreciated that charges for repairs did not increase at checkout due to taxes, like most places will do. What he said, is what it was!! He offered to show the parts on the car that was replaced. Once again I say this place is HONEST! This is a business that would do very well being a Nationwide chain. Good, honest work, by Master Mechanics, warrantied, 30yrs in business for a reasons! I wish we had them in Ohio!!!!
