Great experience
No one likes to have to go to an auto body shop. But, this was an excellent experience. It was a small scrap on part of the car side, but the car came back looking wonderful. The staff was pleasant too! If needed, this will be my go to auto body shop. I didn't realize they are specialists in Subarus - another plus for me and my 2017 Outback!

Didn't you receive my letter??
I understand all that!! I sent you a letter direct without anyone asking for one! I did that because Kraft's performance on all levels was EXCELLENT!!

That's hard to find any more and I told them how much I thought of them and how I would recommend them to anyone I spoke to about auto repairs.

Great place great service
They called me quickly and I was able to drop off my car with no worries. When it was time to pick up my car I got a call went that day and the people at the front were super nice and Ruben explained everything I had a great experience with them

Great experience
Our estimator Dave was super nice and communicated regularly once they had the car and started to work on it. He kept us informed on when it would be completed and they actually had it done early.

Poor communication
The repairs on my car were delayed several times. Each time this happened, I was not notified until the day before it was supposed to be done AND I called to see what time the car would be ready only to find our another part needed to be ordered… or suddenly one of their technicians wanted the next day off. It was ridiculous.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Estimator,Dave was upbeat ,friendly and did a thorough job assessing and explaining the damage on my vehicle. The woman working the front desk was extremely helpful and arranged a car rental for me which my insurance company had neglected to arrange.
The repair work looks great!
