Absolute waste of time. Avoid this shop at all costs!I booked an appointment for an engine oil change 3 days in advance and arrived at 10:30 AM. They assured me it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. I went to run some errands and called later, only to be told it would take "a little longer." I kept waiting, but even past 3:00 PM—4.5 hours later—they hadn't even touched my car. Then they told me it wouldn't be ready until after 5:00 PM. Unbelievable. I just took my keys and left. They have zero respect for customers' time. I am never coming back here again.
