I really liked my salesperson Michael Watson. He was a very nice guy, even gave me a Hyundai winter beanie. The transaction was smooth, I think I got a good deal, and really love the new car. Finance lady was nice too, I can't remember her name. The GM tried pretty hard to upsell me on extended warranty and gap and all those extras, but was respectful overall. Nothing but good things to say about the entire process.
