First he was the only person we dealt with for the entire process. Second he was upfront about the price from the get go and sent us ALL the information in writing prior to our visit. No wasted of time, no deceiving pricing practices. We felt valued and respected as customers. If we ever have to buy a Hyundai again we will only deal with that dealership.
