Snapped my Studs
I think if you break something on somebody’s car, you shouldn’t try and pass blame onto somebody else. You should definitely take initiative to fix what you broke instead of making somebody else feel like they did something wrong. I’ve had the same tire company for years and they have never steered me wrong however, when I took it to your location for some strange reason, they decided they were going to try and take my tires off for an alignment and snapped off my studs and blamed it on the tire company when I took it to my tire company, the lug nuts and studs that were on there weren’t even the same ones that that my company uses. Which means you broke them off and then tried to replace them with your cheap ones just so you didn’t have to fix what you messed up. Take responsibility for what your mechanics do instead of pointing fingers, I will never return and I will definitely let everyone I know not to take their car to you.
