Service seemed fine. I got no real explanation for what was wrong. The person I talked to seemed like she didn't know what she was talking about. The problem is "fixed" for now but we'll see. The solution didn't match up with the problems I was having at all though.

Hi Daniel,
I discussed this with Maddie, the woman you spoke with on the phone regarding your comment. She was unaware that you were confused. On you invoice the explanation of service was clearly explained. I will retype what is on your invoice to re-explain what was wrong.
Tech found codes B1441 and B1443 in system. These codes care related to the actuator which you were having trouble with. Tech reset the codes, retested the actuator. Acuator was working as designed.

The Ac system however was still blowing hot because the system was less than half the required refrigerant.
If you read the notes carefully, it is very well explained. Thanks for the heads up your issue!
