Appreciate getting me in for a vehicle evaluation on the soot
I had a concern with my one and only older vehicle I bought new in 2012 and not sure now where to go for service. In the past a service reservation was booked out for weeks elsewhere and when vehicle serviced there was some dissatisfaction. Never fixed right the first time. I am searching for a lifetime facility that can service my vehicle. Financially I need to keep my vehicle afew more years. I went to car wash on Thornydale Rd and noticed Klipper automotive next door. Early afternoon I went to Klipper and they got me in within an hour to evaluate my vehicles concern. Though I need some vehicle repairs I appreciate their courtesy and getting me in asap because of my vehicle concerns. I will return for repairs shortly. The main office associate at the front desk was so helpful and I appreciate her. The shop manager, Mike, explained my vehicle repair recommendations and I appreciate that. He explained what should be addressed first so my vehicle remains safe. Thank you Mike. The main thing is, I was so concerned with fluids leaking in my garage and Klipper automotive got me in right away for evaluation. I want to be safe with my vehicle. Another associate in the front booked an appointment for repairs and she explained the items and costs to me. She gets an A+ For going over the RO.
