I got a good lesson from here

I actually won't buy anything from here.
I will do my best my friends won't reach here.
I booked by online for only oil change.
Since I did that before visiting there, the cost what I expected was around $70~100 including tax.
After two hours, the bill what I got was around $700.
This included some services I didn't expect.
I complained about that then The staff Jake said like that he mentioned about that and I said "yes" so, there is no problem.
I didn't hear his saying carefully. This would be my mistake.
But I already booked only oil changing, so I didn't expect that situation.
He should have been said me carefully if the cost will be 10times expensive. I wonder who want to pay $700 with just say "yes"?
I guess he did it because he noticed my English is not good.
I want to say Jake for letting me know I need to improve my English, it was good motivation for me.
But, you guys lost a customer, and I hope you will get what you did.
