Great service
Kirk’s wheel and tire pros have absolutely won me over as a life long customer. This is the second time they got me out of a pinch with their punctual service. They were able to get my new tires installed by time promised and my truck rode smoother than before.(different tire shop install)

Always a great experience.
George is the most handsome service manager in the south. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly easy on the eyes. Kirk is truly a lucky business owner to have George. And they always take great care of my vehicles too.

Denise said her vehicle has been there 4 times in the last 2 months. The first time, they had to wait on a part to get her front end aligned. After that, her front wheel sheared off while she was driving her vehicle and after speaking to several people and researching it herself, she found that the lug nuts were tightened incorrectly. She brought her vehicle back in, and they replaced a belt and did not get her approval before doing the work, which cost her over $200. She said after getting her vehicle back, it started making a noise and she had to bring it back in. They told her the oil was low and they topped it off for her, which got rid of the noise. She said after driving her vehicle, it started making another terrible noise and she brought it back in a fourth time. She is waiting for them to have time to look at it. She said in the past, she has been very happy with them, but she is not very happy right now because she is without a vehicle again.
