Several random items needed attention on my truck, so I took it to KWS, with whom we've done business for 15+ years. Before beginning any repairs, Dierk called (as usual) to confirm, explain & price the fixes, and he also alerted me to several other issues that I'd not previously identified. All authorized shop work was handled in a timely fashion, and Dan called to let me know when the truck was ready for pick-up. It's great to have such them close-by.
