We were sent to them by U-Haul. They did not help us put trailer on vehicle, but said it is down the street go get it yourself. We went to do so, but could not get it because it was wedged between two other vehicles. We went back to office, but they had closed an hour early and left. We were forced to try to find another trailer elsewhere. Not a good situation, but understandable. The bad part is that they then charged us for the rental and when questioned about it, lied (in writing) saying that we had taken the vehicle for two day (to Houston), when it never left their lot. I understand that errors happen, but when you intentionally lie about what happened to defraud someone, there is no excuse. I recommend that this place be avoided at all costs.
