Terrible Customer Service
I purchased two new vehicles at King Hyundai. This is the first time I have had a terrible customer service experience with the service department. More troublesome, the Service Manager and the VP of Operations don't respond to phone calls or emails. I've had to file a complaint with the BBB looking for a call back to address my issue. I will never utilize their service department and never purchase from them again.
