Disappointed
I would like to share my experience with this KIA dealership. The service department never picks the call. For me its been 4 days calling them to ask for the status of parts which they ordered for my car. Last week, half work was done on my vehicle, and due to 1 mount on back order, they asked me to wait for that. When I was coming back to my home, I noticed my car was still having issues. I tried myself to find out what could be an issue. When I looked under my car I came to know there is one more part which was not fixed and when I asked the dealership they said that they forgot to order that and I have to wait again for 2 to 3 weeks. Now, I am calling them to ask for the status they are not picking up my calls, and I am calling daily. Poor management, no callbacks, and no apology by the dealership.

We're genuinely sorry to hear about the delays and miscommunications concerning your vehicle. It seems like it's been quite the scavenger hunt for those missing parts. Our service team's oversight in not ordering the necessary component is certainly not the standard we aim for, and the lack of communication is disappointing to hear. Rest assured, your feedback will be shared with the team to sort out these hiccups and hopefully prevent any future roadblocks.
