I have been trying too get a service appointment for my very expensive Genisis for a week now. Making an appointment on line is impossible as the categories are not focused enough. I called 3 times and get a voice mail promising to call me back asap and the call back never comes. They promise you the world when you buy the car but once the check is cashed you are forgotten. I regret buying the car there
