My '01 Civic had an oil leak resulting in a minor oil slick in my garage. Kevin's replaced the oil pan and also quickly diagnosed a mysterious noise (a failing wheel bearing) I've had for a long time that other mechanics couldn't figure out. Excellent communication with customers as to what is wrong with their cars and what they're doing to fix them as well as upfront cost estimates.
