I was charged heavily for a top engine rebuild and now its been leaking oil ever since.
Worst experience. They charge me just to rebuild part of the motor more than the cost of a replacement motor. That's ok since I approved it and would be content as long as the job was completed correctly. Well the vehicle never leaked oil prior and ever since the work was done it has been leaking oil badly. I have taken it back to them 6 times and dropped it off when it fit THEIR schedule to get fixed. Two months later and 6 attempts it is still leaking oil. Not only is it leaking oil the last time it was in they broke a vacuum line to my transmission which then had to be replaced as well. They have NEVER ONCE called me to give me an update. I continually have to call and check status. It is never done when they claim it will be done and simply seem to not care. They over promise and under deliver, cannot communicate at all and are somehow still in business. Formal complaints have been filed with the Attorney General and the BBB.
