I got really good service! I have never been there before but called out of the blue at 5 o'clock with a carpet needing to be towed to a service station so I can get new tires. The people at Kensington service center tracked down the tires and kept me posted throughout the day. They gave me an estimate that was exactly the same as the charge at the end. I'm extremely happy.
