Personal attention and questions answere.
I knew it was time for an oil change and Keith and I had discussed the possibility of a tune up IF I couldn't find out what the previous owner had done and when. After repeated attempts, I went in person to the previous owner's mechanic and he was able to give me a printout which showed that they had changed the plugs and performed at tune up. Had keith not suggested that, I wouldn't have known and he saved me money. He did find two other minor problems which I can have taken care of next week before I go on vacation. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
