Every bad review. Deleted.
Ken Baker lies about almost everything he made a post about his technicians are "factory trained" when in reality NONE of them are. He makes his employees write fake reviews for his company and that is just the bare minimum.

Bad mechanics who can’t admit when they’re wrong
My parents used to have me repair any issues on their car but since they moved to South Carolina they can’t, they decided to bring their car to a “professional” Mercedes mechanic for an oil leak, about a quart a week, first off they diagnosed the issue as a front main seal (which it was not), replaced the front main seal and charged them almost $600, then once they came back because it’s still leaking the mechanics say it’s an oil pan gasket, which is $700 to change a $50 gasket, they also said the valve cover gasket was leaking which I changed a year ago, so it wasn’t bad, my parents brought the car to me in jersey, me and my mechanic buddy looked at it and found a crush washer on a bolt for an oil port corroded and was gone, we took the bolt out changed the $0.50 washer and it is perfect now and took us 30 minutes this place has shoddy mechanics and does shoddy work, they will rip you off then call you a liar, would not recommend, better to take your car to an actual professional

Great value
These guys know BMWs. Initially when i called to have my car sent to them they were on top of everything. When they got my car, the young man at the service desk explained everything to me in simple terms. It's taking some time but they are worth the wait.

Very over priced Shop. Out of Towners Beware
Charged double for parts said would research for cheaper parts but instead charged double for them. Had over 2000 dollars work done and still charged diagnostic fees. Most only charge tht fee if work not performed by shop. Not to mention a return customer also. Charged over 500 dollars for less than an hr job for a mass flow sensor. Feel like they saw a NC tag and charged as the pleased. Instead of working with us any way possible they stuck it to us as best they could. If u have money to blow this is ur shop if not then I would shop around and not get stuck like we just did.

The worst ever
I took my Mercedes Benz in for the hatch not opening... they kept it for two weeks! Ridiculous.. they charged me $1123 and then got in back and my license plate light was messed up... they finally fixed that!! I will never go back!! Even the auto store down the street said they are a bunch of CROOKS!!!!
