Just called asking for a few quotes.
I spoke with a woman claiming she's the manager who hung up on me.
I called "hi how much do you charge for a diag check engine light on?"
She replied "what type of car?"
I responded, completely dumbfounded that the type of car would determine the diag as they were the 8th shop in the area I called asking the same thing, never getting that response "Does it matter?"
She said rudely "yes" she didn't then explain to tell me why.
So I had to ask "well why would that matter?"
She argued with me back and forth about 2 or 3 times before she told me "after the year 2000 it's $190. Before 2000, it's $250."
So after she gave me the quote, I said "OK, what about if I needed an oil change? What do you charge for regular standard oil and full synthetic?"
She said "I dont give quotes over the phone. Thank yoooou" and hung up on me.
I, again, was completely dumbfounded. I called her back and asked why she hung up on me. Her exact words were "because we don't five quotes over the phone. We've been here 30 f*cking years, same guys. Like, what do you want?"
She eventually rambled some BS how good they are then told me the quote I was asking for.
Drugs are bad people.... after all that, she gave me the quotes.
What in the actual f*ck...?!
