Tore leak
I had a nail on my tire while in Ohio and had to repair it in the field. Fast toward a week and the repair was leaking. I stopped by my local Kempsville Napa Repair Center and Mike was able to replace the lesser quality plug with a better one, recalibrate my tire location sensors and get me back on the road. It’s nice having local folks who care about neighbors and their auto service needs. Thank you.

came to get a set of tires that I bought used put on they didn't fit and they worked out a great deal on a new set of tires and got them mounted and balanced on the same day as well

Great as slways
My experience was great as always. Thank you for the extra care of cleaning and filling my gas tank before I picked it up. This time of year the pollen covers everything. Thank you for wiping my dash , vacuuming my trunk and polishing my motor. The car runs and drives brand new!
