I had an awesome experience with my sales woman, but when it came to signing paper work with the finance manager, well let's just say I almost flipped a lid, told was supplying my own tag did paperwork with new tag, when he was told got total attitude.
Not appreciated, if I didn't love the car so much would have walked out, Management on the floor were great.
My sales girl Krista was totally awesome, can't say that enough, if you looking for a nice smooth sale, see Krista.

Thank you for your feedback. I am the manager that gave you the coffee mug so I was a little concerned when I saw this score that Krista had done something wrong. After reading the entire review its clear that you were very happy with Krista but it was in fact your interaction with our Finance department that was the problem.
