I recently took my wife’s car to Nate’s shop to get it repaired. With all the new technology in vehicles today, they can be very tricky to work on. Long story short, Nate did everything he could to find a solution, knowing this is our family car and that we needed it fixed as soon as possible.
He spent three days working on it, and after all the time and effort he put in, he called me to let me know he wouldn’t be able to fix the issue and recommended taking it to the dealership. What really stood out to me was that he didn’t charge us anything for his time—and he even had the car towed to the dealership at no cost.
That level of honesty and fairness is rare. I truly believe you won’t find many mechanics who are this upfront and willing to take care of their customers the way Nate does.
