Great experience once again
My transmission died just before the holidays, so I brought my car to Keith's. It was a big job during the short work weeks, but they got it done and my car runs like new again. I was always kept informed of what was going on, which was very considerate and professional. Thank you all at Keith's Service Center for a great experience.

I knew it was a lot of work...
I came in for an intake manifold replacement to pass smog... I walked out thoroughly educated in everything that was wrong with my vehicle. Some places won't even look.

What I appreciate is that although you get print-outs of deposits and acknowledgments, it's thoroughly digital. Keith keeps track of everything said, status of all the work done and to be done, time stamped. He's very clear about all the details. AND it's easy to read! (Ford customer print-outs are horrid to read!!). I know the work done is solid also.

Rude, over priced and careless.
After paying up front, $1,300 plus for a fuel pump installed my lady and I were treated without any respect from the owner himself. Then came back to pick up my car and nobody said a word as I sat around for 15 minutes looking for it. Lo and behold it was being test driven. Then they told me the fuel pump was faulty that they installed I had to wait another day. I came and picked it up and a week later my car still smells like gas due to the mechanic leaving the parts in the trunk and spilled gas in the car.

Thorough
I went to get smogged and it failed. The tech investigated and found a crack in the intake manifold. I'd been to Keith's before for small stuff so I went back. They shopped around for me for a lesser expensive part. My truck is a 2011 so things are beginning to wear out so they found a few more things I will do in the future. Service is very professional. Everything is computerized like it should be. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I got all my questions answered. I'll be back! Thank you!

Just stopped - fuel pump
My Camaro just stopped. It was driving well, purring like a cat, then just stopped. I brought it to Keith's and he quickly diagnosed that it was the fuel pump. This is not a simple fix on this car, requiring a lot of disassembly and dropping the gas tank. He and his guys got it done in one day.

I haven't had anybody else work on this car in 20+ years .... this is one reason why.

Fixed my problem quickly!
My car was making a noise and I was told by another mechanic there was no problem. Keith told me to come right down and drove the car around the block with me. He found the problem and fixed it in one day. I am very thankful for such great service!

Service is fast
My car broke down in traffic Thursday afternoon and I had it towed to Keith’s and they quoted me a price and said I should have my car soon, of Friday afternoon I got a call saying my car was ready, In all I think they had my car maybe 24 hours they do excellent work my only problem is they are a little pricey other than that I have no complaints.

Repair of Volts Wagon Passat
I feel that they did a good job repairing my car however, the cost of simply replacing two headlights turned out to be about 25 percent of the whole value of the car. That was outrageously expensive.

This customer requested for us to aim and adjust his head lamps.  After attemting to aim and adjust the head lamps, the head lamp adjusters were stripped and had no effect to make any adjustments.  The customer was advised that both head lamp assmeblies would have to be replaced.  Customer was presented with an estimate and the customer approved the estimate. The replacement was performed with no additional cost(s) above the original estimate and the job turned out well.
