About early/mid November, I went here to look at cars. There wasn’t much but the sales team was extremely friendly and honest. Once I learned this is basically the only dealership in San Diego that honors MSRP and does not force feed unnecessary addons/markups like any others, I placed a deposit on a Tucson Hybrid SEL Convenience.
The salesperson Hassan made sure I received all updates regarding ETA of my car. During which time, my husband also was looking at a Elantra and was planning on making a deposit with Hassan as well.
Fast forward to mid-Jan. I received a message that my car arrived. Hassan and the team made sure my car was inspected and ready for delivery before I arrived.
Everything went quickly and smoothly. Sticker price was honored with no addons or markups. It’s a rare breed in buying new cars in 2022. While waiting for the paperwork to finalized, we were informed that an Elantra became available due to previous buyer falling through. Hassan was quick to get the car out for my husband to look at.
Well, he liked the car, the dealership had been so professional, we ended up buying that too.
Long story short: excellent dealer, excellent service, excellent team, best price in town. Went in for 1 and bought 2 cars.
