Nothing like having the car you have wanted forever being sold minutes before you had an appointment with a salesperson to see it and purchase it. Nonetheless getting an email 9 minutes before your meeting as you're pulling into the lot. This would have been my second car from Knauz. Clearly shows how much they appreciate return business.
