Communication as to what is going on is amazing. Contact by phone, text and email is fantastic. Keeping you informed about what has been done and making record of all transactions past and present instantly accessible on-line is great. I don't have to go digging through stacks of papers trying to find when the last time I got something done was, I can just look it up on-line in seconds.
The last couple times I went to a Ford Dealership I paid a lot and they said what I went in for was fixed and I drove away and the car was still doing what they said was fixed!
My experience with K&M is they fix something; it is done to perfection. Bravo.
