There’s nothing so distressing as a car accident that leaves you at the mercy of a ruthless and in my opinion unethical insurance company. Not knowing which way to turn, we contacted KCEPS because of their excellent track record maintaining our vehicles. My first call Kellyn walked me through the “process” that would be needed to be followed because they were not on State Farm’s approved shops. It’s important to understand that one of State Farm’s “approved “ shops would not even fully inspect my totaled vehicle because they said State Farm did not pay for “ that service”. They would have sent me out with external parts repaired in an UNSAFE car. Kceps FULLY inspected my car and deemed it UNSAFE. How many businesses can you actually trust not only to do the right thing but to compassionately walk you through the process and ensure that whatever the outcome you will not be on the road with an unsafe vehicle. We will tell EVERYONE we meet in our business about KCEPS. Integrity and honesty are dwindling in this society values State Farm may want to evaluate. Thank you Kellyn for all you do keep it up❤️
