Russell goes the extra mile to make his customers happy. This kind of thing isn't found very much in the modern world, it seems, but it is here. On top of that, you get a two year warranty (nationwide) with your repair, which is a year longer than anyone else, and for the same labor rate you'd pay for that one year warranty. The warranty will also reimburse up to 2 incidents of roadside assistance, whether or not they are related to the reason you got the repair in the first place. Seriously, where else are you going to get this kind of support?
That would not mean much if you were going to get bad quality work, but I never had anything to complain about at K&C. I wish I could say the same for some chain repair places in town.
I realize that there are a lot of fake or paid reviews out there, but this isn't one of them. I'm just an actual customer who wants to encourage the old-fashioned (in a good way) kind of service that you can still find in some places.
